The project
A substantial remodel of a 1960s private home in Hove, retaining the main structure while adding side and rear extensions and a new top floor. The design introduces an entrance atrium, generous family spaces and a principal suite with roof terrace.
AVP carried out ceilings, insulation, plasterboard linings and plaster finishes, including work to different wall constructions and stairwell detailing, supporting the interior transformation of the client’s remodelled and extended family home.
