The project
Albion House on Albion Street in Lewes brings ten apartments to a former commercial building. The conversion combines individual apartment interiors with shared circulation areas, adapting the existing building for contemporary residential use.
AVP’s package covered metal stud partitions, MF ceilings, insulation, plasterboard and tape and jointing, including external-wall linings and firestopping around service penetrations across the apartments and their shared communal areas.
