Practical input as an existing building takes on a new use.
The conversion of Prospect House created 66 apartments overlooking Whitstable and the Thames Estuary. The development combines contemporary homes with a residents’ gym, cinema and shared workspace, alongside lift access, on-site parking and gardens to selected ground-floor apartments.
AVP installed drylining and firestopping across apartments, communal areas, the gym and cinema, contributing practical input as layouts and specifications evolved within the existing building and its demanding construction programme.
