The project
A new Bill’s restaurant at Westfield Stratford City, created from an empty shell unit. The completed venue includes a bespoke bar, commercial kitchen and outdoor dining area, with suspended planting and distinctive interior features shaping the restaurant’s character.
AVP formed partitions, ceilings, feature arches and bulkheads, with jointing, tile-and-grid ceiling works and passive firestopping, coordinating ceiling closures and access to services alongside the other trades within the restaurant fit-out.
