The project
Greencoat House brought 16 apartments to former offices on St Leonards Road, close to Eastbourne station and the town centre. The development features open-plan living, fitted wardrobes and contemporary bathrooms, with parking and communal access serving the new homes.
AVP delivered partitions, ceilings, insulation, boarding and tape and jointing, with firestopping to risers and service penetrations. The package included some material supply, with tendered works completed in October 2025.
