Hollywood Quarter transformed a Woking town-centre office building into 49 apartments. Residents benefit from a gym, cinema, lounge and co-working space, with on-site parking and convenient access to the railway station, shops and restaurants.
Appointed partway through the project, AVP took over tape and jointing, selected drylining finishing details and firestopping, completing works across apartments and shared areas, including the development’s gym and cinema.
