The project
The upper floors above Barclays at 63–67 Terminus Road were adapted for residential use in central Eastbourne. The scheme brought former office accommodation and roof space into use as apartments, with new internal layouts and shared circulation areas.
AVP combined metal stud partitions, MF ceilings, insulation, boarding, tape and jointing and firestopping across the apartments and communal areas, including sealing around service penetrations within the converted upper floors.
