The project
An ongoing project creating two substantial homes at The Cliff in Brighton’s Roedean area. The scheme replaces an existing house, with accommodation arranged across several levels and an interior construction package progressing through the two new properties.
AVP is installing wall and ceiling boarding, thermal and acoustic insulation, vapour-control layers and tape and joint finishes, with works progressing through the internal spaces of both houses as construction continues.
