The project
The Wardian created 68 apartments through the conversion and rooftop extension of an existing office building in Haywards Heath. The completed scheme brings residential accommodation into the former commercial property, with apartment interiors and shared entrance and circulation spaces.
AVP joined partway through the development to complete remaining drylining and finishing works, including framing, MF ceilings, boarding, tape and jointing, and steel and window encasements within apartments and shared areas.
