Work was underway by January 2024 on our drylining package at Prospect House, now known as Bay View, in Whitstable. The former office building was being transformed into 66 apartments with shared amenity spaces.
Our install-only scope included metal framing, partitions, ceilings, insulation, plasterboarding, tape and jointing, and firestopping. The package covered apartments and communal areas, including the gym and cinema.
Working within the existing structure meant coordinating the installation as layouts and site requirements developed. We contributed practical drylining input alongside the wider project team.
