Our tendered works at Greencoat House reached completion in October 2025, followed by final making good. The conversion in Eastbourne comprises 16 apartments according to the project plans.
Advanced Partitions delivered apartment and communal partitions, MF ceilings, insulation, plasterboarding and tape and jointing. Firestopping covered risers and service penetrations as part of the coordinated package.
The work combined labour installation with some material supply. The project page brings together the finished space, our scope and the approximate AVP package value.
